comes to work with Istituto Lean Management as a Senior Consultant in 2014 after about 13 years of experience at all levels within modernly organized multinational corporations looking for a new way of thinking in Lean Thinking.
After graduating from Management Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, he held the role of Lean Champion and hobs production manager for the Whirlpool EMEA, after which he held the same role in the metallurgical field at one of the Italian factories, formerly known as Usag, Stanley Black & Decker, and later in fashion accessories at RIRI SA in Mendrisio (CH).
After these experiences he expanded the variety of collaborations as an internal advisor on the issues of improvement for designing, integrating and developing industrial automation companies, injection molding and metalshearing companies, research and development in the “white” field, until the meeting with Istituto Lean Management, which has brought new stimuli and fields of deepening, experimenting and disseminating lean theories and practices in large industrial groups as well as in reality of small to medium size.
